Sunday morning ,in the damned pit.
Break the chains. Unmanacled. Unfettered Metal gods.
Do these. Not only because it looks cool ,and barbaric as hell, but because you can do this at home.
Hit your hardware store, purchase some steel chain, cut it into 10 pound units, and off you go.
What's unique in this exercise,is the resistance and the grip. You can't really wrap your fist around 50 pounds of chain very well. So the open grip directs more stress onto the biceps.
Try this ,and together we will trample the earth like a million stampeding beasts.
Sound cool? Good.
