Self Acceptance Test

Here is one of the exercises that we are doing, Its a worksheet with a simple yes or no answer but we also have to examine each negative answer and write what is standing in the way of accepting them.

  1. I am a dignified person, 
  2. I have positive atributes
  3. I am able to do things as well as the majority of others
  4. I have a positive attitude towards myself
  5. I am satisfied with myself
  6. I have much to be proud of
  7. I believe I am a failure
  8. I would like to feel more self respect
  9. Sometimes I feel Useless
  10. I believe I am a good person

I have not included my own answers here but maybe this can shed some light on your own situations and I think it helps to understand ourselves when you take some time to think about your own answers.
