Do you have time to exercise?

Regular exercise has numerous health benefits. Many of us would love to exercise regularly, but we dont have time.
Have you heard already this well-known sentence? Surely many times. And indeed it seems that way: people do not have time any more for their own health, or for physical benefites. Can you do something to change this?
Well, from my opinion if you have several hours to be on many social medias - you have at least 45 minutes, 3-4 times per week for exercise!

It is true that modern life squeez from us all the energy, the fact is that in everyday hurry we hardly have time for the most basic things, but if we look closely around us, we find people living in the same way as we do, and they still finda way to exercise. How do they succeed? Very simply: they are organized and they dont look for excuses.

Many of us think that they do not have enough time to exercise, but most often it is not true. One is what we think, and the other is what we really can do with our free time.

Exercise should be part of the daily routine

  • exercise regulates blood sugar
  • lowers blood pressure
  • reduces the risk of diabetes and heart disease
  • suppresses anxiety and depression
  • improves the general state of mind

Despite these information, most people doesn't exercise even the least.

For adults over 18 years old is good to exercise at least 1 hour for 3-4 times per week.
I personally recommend training in the gym at least 3 times a week with some aerobic activity (jogging, fast walking, cycling...)

Without regular exercise, without moving we can not expect any positive effects on our health.

Should I say more? Maybe just: let's be smart, do not let us be more stubborn and lazy. Be more active in order to our own health!

Good informations! Upvote and resteemed!

Thank you so much @steved :)

Nema problema😉

Easy: make your schedule around your exercise. In my case, I do it first thing when I go out of bed and I make my breakfast the day before.

I train everyday in the sense that I do something that helps me progress forward. Nutrition, water, sleep, relaxation, lifting & sprinting, yoga, rolling, handstands....repeat. :)
