How to speed up metabolism: The best fitness Tricks


A fast metabolism is the key to burning fat and weight loss, and how all persons are not gifted with this type of metabolism, others should find a way to boost metabolic activity of their body.

More than half of the success lies in changing eating habits, however, and simple fitness tricks play a huge role in speeding up metabolism, and these are some of them:

  • Cardio exercises
    One of the most powerful ways to stimulate metabolism. Apart from the body burns calories during exercise, this process does not stop immediately but lasts a certain period after exercise.

  • Shorter periods of rest between exercises
    In this way the overall intensity of training is higher, a break of less than half a minute will mean that training becomes more effective when it comes to burning calories and stimulate metabolism.

  • Exercises for the whole body
    Combined exercises require work of more muscle groups, and thus a higher consumption of "fuel" (fat).

  • Turning the leg work for every exercise
    One of the easiest ways to spend a large number of calories is the inclusion of leg muscles in the training process because the legs are known as one of the biggest muscle groups. Legs training should not be skipped, but it is good and specific exercises be combined with performance of others.


    Diet


    First of all you need to eat more meals per day!
    Yes, more but smaller meals... Why?
    Becaouse we need food for the energy and if you eat once per day our body will adapted and later will storage that food in fat so it can later be used for energy.
    But if you eat 5-6 smaller meals, the body will get used to it too and will consume the food immediately.

Eat a high protein and low carbohydrate diet. Train with weights and regularly include some form of aerobic exercise.
Adopt all of the above as a lifestyle and you will feel better for sure!
