I combined intermittent fasting with keto and lost about 15kg in 3 months. Would definitely recommend you to do a low carb or keto diet if you're gonna do intermittent fasting as it makes it you much less hungry throughout the day.

@longcat,I'll be looking forward to shed that much of fat :D in 3 months. I am not familiar with keto diet and was too lazy to search for it even though a friend mentioned to me a couple of times already. Let's see the result next week and how I feel about having to eat the normal menu and perhaps considering to change to low carb as an experiment.

Completely agree. Need to keep insulin in check.
