A Smile is free! So let's share it with the world.

**It's not a secret but not everybody knows that one of the easiest way to success, boost our health, mood, and longevity is no other than smile.
Smiling is contagious, if you smile on someone you can see on the street while walking, they will also smile, and if other people saw them smile they will also smile back at them. So smile makes people happy even if you haven't done good things. We don't even know what if, the people we can make smile are those who have burdens in life, broken-hearted, have fear or sad or maybe afraid, lonely and blue. It can also make us feels good and proven to have benefit for our heart and overall health.

When we smile, we are using our facial muscles and it gives the go signal to our brain to release toxic chemicals which has something to do with feeling happy.

- If you are looking for a job, your happy face will help you to get hired. Be a smiling employee, they are found to be more likable than others and they are good at their work than those people who always frowns.

- Doctors believe that smiling can help the brain to become happy in life, If you feel happy inside you, and then, your brain will recognize it, and gives you more energy, decreases stress hormones, and can lower your heart rate.

If we share a peaceful smile, the world will smile back at us.

** Just keep smiling, show your beautiful and perfect set of teeth. But it doesn't matter if you only have one tooth or no teeth at all, just smile and everything will feel or become perfect.**

Try to smile in the mirror when you wake up and your reflection will smile back at you, perhaps saying, you are beautiful/handsome when you are smiling, keep smiling and your whole day will be happy and bright.

We don't even know why we sometimes cry while we are smiling.

We smile if we are happy, but we also scry when we are happy.
It is called, 'Tears of joy" . Studies say it's an overwhelming emotion, the way of the body to restore “emotional equilibrium”. Psychologists found out that by responding to that emotion which is overwhelming positively, we can recover better from other emotions.

Tears of joy can help, it removes toxins that build up because of maybe when we are stressed or just overwhelmed with happiness.
