A homemade fruit vinegar自制水果醋

今天我给大家分享一个自制水果醋的方法,这是一种即可口,又健康的饮料。在炎炎的夏季里,喝了它,不但可以使你解渴消暑,而且还有润肠通便的作用。减肥的效果也特别棒。经常喝它,你会发现你的皮肤会更加水嫩,人也更加精神了。其实许多水果都是可以制作成水果醋的,比如菠萝,樱桃,李子,柠檬等等,这种果醋制作成本只需几元钱,但却可以制作600ml的果醋。而且做出的果醋可以勾兑出20倍的饮品。超级划算,下面我就给大家分享下如何制作李子水果醋。
所需材料:
1.罐头瓶一个,清洗干净后,要擦干。为了制作这个果醋,我特意去市场上买了 一瓶罐头。呵呵...

    2.新鲜的李子。也是清洗净后,晾干,300克.(为啥不要带水,因为有水的以后会有一股腐败的味道)

3.冰糖 150克.(白醋,水果,冰糖的比例为4:2:1)

4.一瓶白醋。米醋也行,但最好是白醋。

制作方法:
1.把切好的水果一层一层的放进罐头瓶里,每放一层,就加一层冰糖。

2.剩余的空间把白醋放进去就ok了。

3.如果容器密封效果不好,可以上面放一层保鲜膜就可以了。

4.然后放在阴凉通风处,过两个月就可以食用了。当然发酵到3个月的味道是最好的了,那时候白醋就会变成黄色或红色的果醋了。

5.把发酵好后的果醋放冰箱里冷藏,水果捞出来扔掉,饮用的时候,每次倒出来一点点,兑入10-20倍的凉白开水,不要用热水,因为兑入热水会酸。好啦,我们就等着喝水果醋啦!感谢您的欣赏,谢谢!
