I think it would be unwise for them fight California. It will be costly, and the voters in California could just make them go away. I do see why they have the urge to fight, but I think they have simply done themselves too much harm by engaging in bad practices for short term gain. Once California stops the use of glyphosate, they may seek to limit the import of products grown with glyphosate. Then, when other states see that they can no longer sell to 39 million people, they will change their laws concerning the use of glyphosate, and that could lead to other countries banning glyphosate. Then,
