Proud Parenting Moment...my kid won their Cross Country!

Yesterday my kids had their school Cross Country running carnival, I went along ready to cheer them on...then my daughter insisted I run with her! :O

I'm not a runner by any stretch of the imagination however when your 6 year old daughter says she wants to win the race, you suck it up and run as fast as you can to keep up with her and encourage her as much as you can!! Here we are during the race.

It was worth every second though, she came in first place and I couldn't be a prouder Mum :) Sometimes as parents we do whatever it takes to encourage our kids!

My boys did so well in their races too with one coming in 2nd!

Was great to see them all putting in their best efforts and having a great time running with their peers!
