There are many people who say that sweating is something unpleasant and that gives extreme disgust, even away from anyone who has only a drop of sweat since they do not want them to touch. However, what this type of people should know is that sweating is a common act of the body, even they sweat themselves, and even sweating is good and healthy.

When sweating, we are doing what we are doing, it gives us an indication that our organism is normal, it is hydrated and our mechanism of "thermoregulation" is acting in a correct way.

I'm a good sweater, especially since moving to Spain. It is healthy but there is a requirement to take on additional water, and salts at times.

To recover minerals lost through sweating it is important to consume carbonated mineral water, lemonade and natural teas with lemon. Energisers and commercial juices are not indicated.

i think if somebody doesn't want sweat touch to him just because doesn't want swap any liquids with other man. Its common dislike. In general, you write everything truthfully and clearly. I believe that one of the basic and most useful functions of the skin is to remove harmful substances from the body. So maybe there is some reason to not contact with somebody`s sweat.
