As for the awful law you mention - when a mandatory vaccines law was debated in my country, several opponents pointed out it goes against the Constitution, which, here, guarantees children's rights to education so they cannot be denied access to public schools based on vaccination status. I don't know what your Constitution says exactly...

In this next document, you can see a repeating theme amidst some credible worries. That is of citizens gaining a weird notion that they are sovereign beings or have a say in such topics as illegal immigration, the scam of federal reserve note economy, being chipped etc.

I have written before on how they really don't make much effort to hide they believe they own us now. You need a permit (permission slip for a fee) to do most anything. Cops will even give you a hard time if you don't carry identification. I have called that my going outside license for years now.
Here is a funny video of a guy who goes out of his way videoing cops trying to force those they bully into giving up rights. Sadly, I believe in many areas if he was doing this he would be shot and a story concocted on how the hero cops saved us from this madman. I think it helps him immensely he hands his paperwork over with a paper detailing his rights along with notifying them he is filming them. YouTube has many such videos of cops violating their positions. The man in this video is correct when he states that in their minds, cops and the powerful are the only sovereign beings, us common folk are to do as we are told or else.
Yup,i do't carry Id anywhere I go. but that's against the crazed laws where you need a "go outside permit" for just existignina country you were born in. nazi Germany was just the blueprint for the future, papenzi papenzi, show me your papers!
Many, nearly most, authorities are authoritarians who view themselves above others, as if some have more rights than others. It's a mad world :/
It's always there, lurking around the corner, ready to pop out and threaten you with child endangerment of threatening public safety :/
I'm in Canada, but the constitution doesn't seem to matter anywhere with authorities who are pushing their ignorant or often full-knowledge agenda to control and bring about ill health.
