Most nutritious foods
There are many
But there are vastly more that are not nutritional and can cause more harm than good. These can seem to be nutritious as the processors and government try to push them as they are the most profitable ‘foods’ on the planet:
- Seed oils
- Sugar
- Refined carbs
Luckily we also can list the most nutritious foods on the planet:
- Wild salmon
- Pastured eggs
- Organs (Liver, kidneys, heart)
- Bivalves (Mussels, oysters, clams
- Shellfish (Lobster, crab, shrimp)
- Salmon eggs
The list of course is incomplete but listed for their nutrient rich density.
As example let’s also look at the benefits of pastured eggs:
- Contains carotenoids for eye health
- Contains healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fats
- Contains fat soluble vitamins A, E, D and K2
- Contains vitamin B12
- Contains vitamin B6 and selenium
