Get Rid of Calcium Deposits
In your Arteries
Although Calcium is good for the bones, it is not so good (or Healthy) for the body, especially inside the arteries. Along with fat that gets caught on calcium deposits inside the arteries, blocakges to bloof flow is curtailed or stopped causing heart attacks and strokes (among other health issues).
Atheroscleorsis
This is a condition where the arteries harden due to the buildup of this mineral. Other than blockingthe blood flow, there is yet anther danger... a deposit can break off travel andlodge elsewhere in the blood vessel. This canblock blood and oxygen supply to a vital organ or even the brain itself (stroke).
Prevention
This problem can be prevented using sound methods, this is greatly preferrable to trying to fix the problem after it occurs. We discussed the good calcium and bad and how it gets into your arteries. But how about what is already in there?
The Fix
The reversal will take time, patience and dedication.
Increase your dosage or intake of Vitamin K2. This vitamin not only helps the body absorb more calcium into the bones as opposed to the arteries and rest of the body, it begins to remove up to 36% from places where it does not belong (skin, joints, blood vessels, etc.). Sources rich in K2 are; egg yolks, cheeses, meats, some dairy and meats.
Reduce use of drugs used to reduce cholesterol (Statins). These work to actually weaken heart muscle as well as damage nerves both of which can aggrivate the actual hardening of the arteries.
Reduce blood thinners as many containing"Warfarin" can actually promote calcium buildup... Geeze!
Chelation Therapy (CONSULT A DOCTOR FIRST), this is where a synthetic acid is used to flush out heavy mineral and metals from your bloodstream...and out of your blood through urination. This is still experimental so think and think again.
Surgeries to scrape the arterial walls is also possible... but a last ditch effort.
Exercise
Exercise alone is not sufficient as calcium buildup is far more difficult to rid or disolve than fats.
So folks that old saying "An ounce of prevention, is worth an poundof cure" was never so relevant.

Another reason to use NOACs than warfarin.
As for statin..patients need to work on their low-chol diet to stop it as its a standard 2ndary prevention of heart attack.
Agreed, there are more reasons to maintain health naturally than through synthetics...
Am sure there are more natural remedies under the sun..but what we'll we do if there are none?
Also, some high cholesterol are familial where young men with healthy diet and lifestyles, with no cardiac risk factors are getting a heart attack in their early to late twenties, statins right now are controlling their chol level to prevent further occurence.
Maybe if the young people of today lead a healthier diet and lifestyles, their chances of longevity will be higher than ours.
Awesome information! Personally, I use chelation therapy, Vitamin K2 is new for me, so that's something to consider. Very helpful post!
As are yours... imagine one source (Steemit) with many Doctors (no not you) and other Health Professionals (yes you)... thanks!
