Oh.., that is awesome health care way you are telling. indeed, most of younger (working and studying) who have been avoiding theirs morning food due to hurry, lack of time, late wake up in the morning, late cooking, work load and morning tension etc..are might be the most reasons but they d't known about the future coming problems. so they need more awareness about having breakfast. behalf of my appreciating, followed,upvoted and resteemed, and also welcome to join with the great community of #hug-challenge, #air-clinic of great man @nairadaddy.
