Focusing is a mental function where all attention focuses on one activity. In concentration, both mind and body participate in this process. That is why it is very important for a child to study and pass the exam as well as for a trainer and participate in a sporting event.

It has been proven that a good diet improves concentration. First, because it provides the balance the body needs to focus on. But also because it feeds on the brain with fuel that nerve cells need to work effectively.

Fat is the best fuel

The body is loaded with energy through two types of food: carbohydrates or carbohydrates and fats. The brain can use both at the same time to work well. However, the healthy fat-derived metabolite is the best product to regenerate and regenerate nerve cells.

Including healthy foods to increase concentration in the diet of children will promote their cognitive and creative process. Parents' dilemmas, however, are healthy foods that do not always appeal to small people in the home.

As children grow older, they experience different stages of acceptance and refusal of food. If they sometimes do not eat certain foods, by providing them with innovative recipes, you should let them know and appreciate the benefits of eating healthy foods.

I've been noticing my almost 3-year-old consuming lots of avocado lately, definitely related to his mental advancement as he's been talking more and more. I'm glad he likes avocados, egg yolks, bone broth...etc, it really does make a difference in his health and when he is healthy, we are happy. Best to set a good example for your children from the get-go.

Very nice post. As you have mentioned early in your post, fat is very much essential for brain. The best fat for the child's brain is milk butter. In ancient indian medicine called as ayurveda, noticed it before 5000 years. their is a procedure called it as 'suvarnaprashan' in which gold ash used with clarified butter to boost memory, immunity and concentration.

Good post! Many parents can use some education on feeding their children, that’s for sure.

Well, your post clearly demonstrates to me that my mom was right. Currently, I am having 4 products available on this list. And yes, it helped me out to keep my energy up to my requirements. Before a good diet plan, I also used to feel drained out through the day. However, now I am good.
