Resistance band exercises for legs
I put together a short video of a few exercises you can do for your legs and butt with a resistance band . Of course there’s a lot more as well.
Ex. Laying on the floor with your feet in the air and pulling them apart .
All of these exercises should be done as 10 times , 5 sets . What’s best , I usually am lifting weights for me legs beforehand and in my rest period I use resistance band . This helps to tone your body
