Chocolate Truffles and Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • A Cocoa Bar
  • ½ Kilo of Strawberries
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Liter of Milk
  • 250 grs of Butter
  • 250 grs of Mani
  • 250 Grs of Mani Dulce con Ajonjoli
  • 250 Grs of Panela Rayada

Preparation:

The cocoa is scratched and the mani and the assorted peanut that comes with sesame seeds are placed.

Add the striped panela, and the Butter, mix little by little and add a little milk, to join the mixture.

To finish we add the egg white. And we take it to the blender to crush all the ingredients well. Then we proceed to place them in the molds and take them to the cooler.

Two hours after the sweet is cold, we proceed to decorate them with strawberries and a truly delicious dessert remains.
It is important to take into account our health, but we must never forget to accompany desserts in our diet, which allows us to keep in shape and be able to sin without remorse. That is why we must make a good choice. In my selection of healthy dessert, it contains ingredients such as cocoa that is pure and is considered a very complete food because it contains more than 50 nutrients and bioactive components such as polyphenols, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that protect us and provide health benefits .

It will also be accompanied by strawberries that have multiple benefits thanks to the large amount of fiber nutritionally are all advantages, low fat and low calories, high in fiber, Vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium and folic acid. Antioxidants, has a good number, is scientifically proven to be very useful against the formation of free radicals, the aging of the skin, and in general fight the wear and tear of the body.

The Mani provides good quality fat, but you have to be very careful with the portions because each gram provides 9 calories, and its flavor makes it special and preferred by all.

As a sweetener, we use panela which is a type of sugar free of substances that can damage health based on 100% natural sugar cane.
