Good evening, this is my third participation in this challenge, I thank @sweetsssj and @healthsquared that they present challenges to us every week. I come to make my participation with a delicious and healthy salad, since it is essential to incorporate these healthy low calorie salads into your daily diet, because the consumption of vegetables is linked to the prevention of various diseases that it contains and it provides us with a great variety of essential nutrients; rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers, and carbohydrates. The steps and ingredients for the preparation of the salad are very simple:

Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 red paprika
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ Teaspoon of Corn Oil,
- Lemon juice,
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
Preparation:
The zucchini is cut into small squares and placed to sauté, so proceed with the onion, tomato and finally the paprika, place everything in a saucepan and add water, but very little, then add oregano and salt to taste. Cover and let it simmer for about an hour. When it is ready we add a few drops of lemon and let it stand and ready to serve.
