Every little bit of motion he gains, every bit of pain that is averted is a win... thanks @jedau

I've actually worked with stroke patients as well, using acupuncture (if you believe its benefits). So, I know that it's an uphill battle in terms of recovery.

Yes I believe in acupuncture... so what do you address for various issues?

You're welcome, @kyusho I'm always happy to help whenever I can, stranger or otherwise. I wish you and your patient the best of luck!

Mainly protocols involving helping motor function, pain management and the restoration of feeling in the parts affected. It's not a cure all. We work hand in hand with specialists from different fields, neurologists included.

Thanks for the input sir... now I know without seeing, talking, understanding this individual case... to unlock the left arm, where would you apply?

I don't want to get too technical, but I would apply it on points at the lateral end of the transverse cubital crease (LI11) and about 1.5 inches on the transverse crease of dorsum of wrist in a depression on the ulnar side of the extensor digitorum communis tendon (TE5). Increasing electrical stimulation would be applied, stopping only when the patient feels a tingling sensation. That would be for about 30 minutes, isolated on the left arm.

Hey thanks for sharing with a stranger @jedau... greatly appreciated. The body is so amazing in it's health and in it's dis-repair,equally amazing is how people can intervene to add comfort for another.
