It's crazy how much sugar there is for instance in granola bars, which are advertised as a "healthy option". People are tricked to think they're eating healthy, but in reality, that's far from the truth...

About margarine, nowadays there are a more and more options without trans fats, so I wouldn't say margarine is that bad in general. However, I only know this for Finland, I don't know if there still are high amounts of trans fat used in margarine in other countries.
