Global hand washing day 2018
Today the World is celebrating #GlobalHandwashingDay. It doesn't mean that other 364 days we don't wash our hands but it is to remind us and teach us the importance of hand washing
Clean hands- a recipe for health
It may seem a easy task to do but this handwash means washing not only with water, rather with soap and water. Do you know that in low economic countries 75% of people don't have access to soap water to wash their hands!!

- Hepatitis A & E
- Common cold
- Conjunctivitis (Apollo)
- Meningitis
- Pneumonia
- Diarrhea (purging)

Does it matter if you use cold or warm/hot water to wash your hands?
Ans: Nope. The temperature of the water does not affect germ removal.
