CANCER AWARENESS(BREAST CANCER)
Shout out to everyone out there battling with cancer, I just want you to know that you are strong, you are a fighter and even if the odds are against you, you will survive. Cancer is when abnormal cells divide in an uncontrollable way, Breast cancer usually form in the cells of the breast. I will be basing this post on breast cancer. How can this deadly virus that have claimed a lot of lives be averted, Here are some things that we females need to do.
*ALWAYS EXAMINE YOUR BREAST- The picture below shows how you can examine your breast by your self. Once you notice any lump or abnormalities, consult your doctor immediately because early detection is the key to a successful treatment.

- AVOID TIGHT BRAS- Try to avoid wearing tight bras with under wires, always allow your breast to breathe by taking it off whenever you can. Please avoid using bras to sleep. The period bras are worn, they cut off the lymph drainage.

- EAT HEALTHY- Make sure you eat healthy. There are some healthy meals that prevent cancer such as salmon, tomatoes,garlic, broccoli, green-tea, peppers, walnuts, brazil nuts, tiger-nuts, berries, legumes and lots more. Eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid taking too much carbohydrate, avoid alcohol intake, food that have too much fat. Healthy meals is one of the key to avoiding this deadly virus.

- EXERCISE REGULARLY- Exercising keeps your weight in check and also keeps your body active which is very good for the body and also reduces the risk of getting the disease.

- FAMILY HISTORY- People who have hereditary history of this deadly virus can see a specialist for more advise and help on preventing the issue.

You are most welcome. The actual vote value classified as dust vote is 0.02.
I read a post about i think written by @thedarkhorse to advocate to use 0.03 to be on the save side to cushion the drop in steem value.

Do you know that invite less than 0.02 will become a "dust vote" that means it will be disappeared from the comment and "eaten" by the system. It is safer to invite a post if your vote value is less than 0.03 ( when steem value drop, it be be safely stay at 0.02 hopefully)
