To wrap up our HOW TO MAKE VINEGAR tutorial, we’d like to share a super simple, time tested recipe for a drink that offers many healthy benefits! 


This beverage has only 4 ingredients:

  • Vinegar (of course we use our homemade artisanal alchemies)
  • Honey
  • Cayenne
  • Filtered water

And it tastes like a fancy, spicy lemonade! This is a classic drink for stimulating digestion and detox, and it’s a great way to begin your morning routine! Every element adds magnificent powers that support wellbeing. Your body will be hydrated, supercharged, and activated to face your day with zest and glee!


VINEGAR HEALING PROPERTIES:

  • Antimicrobial
  • Antioxidant
  • Supports weight loss
  • Improves heart health
  • Disinfecting properties
  • Alleviates congestion
  • Cuts mucus

HONEY HEALING PROPERTIES:

This drink will definitely fire up the metabolism and get the detox channels flowing! And homemade vinegar just makes it that much more dank...we used red banana-apple vinegar for this cup.

Delicious! I add lemon and a pinch of salt to mine.

Salt is a nice touch, especially if you've been doing hot and sweaty work.

Really works. Variation:

  • Citrus juice (lemon, grape, oranges, ...)
  • Green tea
  • Cayenne
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Ginger

It will make your lymphatic system work like a hell. But it can be agressive, so proposed way of consumation is to make a really strong concetrate and water it down, for example I make 1L of concentrate being watered down into 8L of drink.
