❗ HOW TO USE A TISSUE ❓

✔️ Start with 1/2 tsp. 4 times a day. Gradually increase the dosage to 2 tsp.
✔️ Mixed with kefir, yogurt or other liquid, you can add to baking (oatmeal, for example)
✔️ Be sure to drink 1.5-2 liters. water per day
