Eczema Cream
1/2 pound Virgin Coconut Oil
35 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
15 drops of Lemon Essential OilHo
Use as needed on your skin.
Melt the oil in warm water, do not put in microwave. Don't over heat the oil. The warm water will melt the oil and then you can mix in the oils. The thing is never use unneeded heat with herbs and oils. SPECIAL NOTE: I get the Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil from the grocery store. And a functional medicine doctor would probably tell you your diet is the cause.
I have had both children and grandchildren with severe Eczema and this has really helped. I also agree that we are what we eat and our diet reflects that belief. A good diet, and the proper use of herbs and natural exercise.
