The steemit Weekly Health Challenge: Mini Pumpkin cake with Chocolate
After having demonstrated my weekly exercise routine, which I enjoy and perform as a family Dancing Zumba I dedicate myself to thinking that healthy dessert I will prepare for the challenge this week.
In this week I bring you a delicious healthy dessert Mini pumpkin cake with chocolate, this has some special touches applied by me to make it really healthy.
To continue we will review a little the heat content of the pumpkin and dark chocolate.

The chemical composition of chocolate is notable for its high concentration of polyphenols, mainly flavonoids, a chemical substance that helps prevent cardiovascular problems.
Consuming small amounts of chocolate can help prevent heart disease, but only if we avoid eating other high-calorie foods at the same time, in order to maintain a stable weight.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Pumpkin.
- 15 grams Dark Chocolate.
- 1 Cup of Almond Flour
- 1 egg.
- 2 Teaspoons of Stevia.
- 1 cup of oatmeal.
- Black vanilla to taste.
- Honey
Preparation:
Mix the liquid ingredients in a cup, then add the egg white, and the dry ingredients separately, beat it in a bowl until it has no lumps and take it to the mold and bake it for 20 minutes.
In another cup we prepare the dark chocolate sauce with fat-free skim milk and add it to the mini chocolate pumpkin cake and serve it.
