The steemit Weekly Health Challenge Walking because the Sierra la Culata National Park Mérida Venezuela

First of all I want to thank @sweetsssj and @healthsquared who are presenting these health challenges, I start this week walking through the impressive Sierra la culata national park located in the Andean páramo of the State of Mérida Venezuela, it is immense and beautiful this park, It would take many days to get to know it in its entirety, in this new challenge I tell you to walk more than two hours, I immersed myself in this wonderful paramo with my beloved family, we had a different day and oxygenated our body of stress.

I make everyone in Steemit aware of good health, there is nothing more pleasant than enjoying Mother Nature, so walking through the splendid Andean mountains helps you relax your mind and body, where you can breathe an environment of peace and tranquility, with a fairly temperate cold, there is no doubt that visualizing these pleasant landscapes give you a sense of relief.

Walking with my husband and son, has been the greatest reward of this walk because together we discovered the charms of this beautiful park, sharing, laughing, taking pictures, to record this marvel of nature, which unquestionably works miracles in our health.

The great thing about walking is that you do not need expensive equipment, just having a pair of comfortable shoes, the ideal of this walk is to walk outdoors, when we talk about walking seriously we feel our breathing a bit tiring, and the heart it accelerates us in signal that the circulation is doing stimulated and the oxygen is reaching the muscles and tissues of the body, really that since we are walking in a rather high and cold place, we feel that we get tired very fast, the advisable thing is not Run, rest and then continue.

There are innumerable benefits that we achieve when walking: how to lose weight, lower blood pressure, get rid of tensions, accumulated anxiety and stress, reduce the frequency of headaches, strengthen bones, decrease varicose veins, tone the body, giving it a better look, relax, feel better and stay healthier.

Continuing with our walk, I tell you that in that park and in the whole Andean mountain range, we are surrounded by many lagoons, and even the legend says that you should not go near the lagoons, because they are enchanted, but the landscape gives us a glimpse Most beautiful we can get between these Andean mountains. The most wonderful thing is the weather, to be able to feel and touch the cold mist that sometimes wets us with its spray.
