Awesome! I've been doing a roughly 8 hour feeding window for the last year or so and it's been fantastic for my relationship with food. I also at one point was incorporating some longer (24 hr) fasts a couple times a week into this routine but found that those started to become a little unproductive as the last few hours had me feeling super lethargic. Have you had any similar personal experiences with longer fasts? Great post!
