Proper medication and therapy are also pretty good ways to cope. Cardio and eating healthy are great as well. Cutting sugar out can also reduce imbalances and depression. Sometimes being depressed the idea of moving can be overwhelming and debilitating. Without seeking proper care and reaching out to family. Simply doing a jog everyday will make you feel better. It’s much more complex than one single solution lots of different methods can help balance you but depression is a lifelong battle. I appreciate your effort to making people live healthier. But please understand that dealing with depression can only be done by accepting that one has it and seeking help. It’s very dangerous to downplay it that’s all. Much love.
