Fast and healthy breakfasts

You do not know which breakfasts to prepare in a fast and a healthy way? Here are three recipes of nutritious breakfasts.

1 TOAST OF AVOCADO, CHEESE AND LETTUCE

-Two scrambled eggs with ham

3 OATMEAL
•Ingredients
-Oatmeal
-Water
-Vegetable oil
-Banana
-Honey
-Nuts or almonds
-Salt
•How to prepare
Put the water to boil, once the water is boiling, pour the oat flakes, stir and pour some milk, then pour honey to taste, in my case I like to throw three tablespoons and finally a pinch of salt. Cook for five to ten minutes.

These breakfasts can be completed with a natural orange juice and / or a glass of vegetable milk that is healthier, such as oatmeal or almond milk.
