Sounds like a cross between big brother and the Twilight Zone. When ideas like this are introduced through movies, shows, theater or other media, it gives us a heads up as to where the elite shadow government want to go. This is my body and I should and will decide how I will treat it's health. Let them put me in jail or charge me. I will do as I wish. Some of us do not and will never believe in vaccinations.
