I heard taking in black sesame is not only good for health, but also good for maintaining black hair and keeping the grey at bay. Perhaps an old wives tale, but nonetheless I need to include more black seeds in my diet!

Great post! I have been using black cumin seed oil for years...it is amazing all the benefits such a tiny seed can provide the human body. I mostly use it for healthy hair, skin, and nails. Looking forward to reading more form you!
