Hello community, excited for this fabulous contest and the opportunity to participate in it, Steemit Weekly Health Challenge #8 for @healthsquared.


The theme of the week deals with how we manage or what we do to free the strees,
A topic that is very well known to me because sometimes I have been subjected to this pathology in a very strong way because of work, housework, family situations or the pump when all this happens at the same time.

Stress: it can become a chronic condition. This includes symptoms such as irritability, depression, anxiety, heart attacks, nausea, and vomiting. It can also interfere with our sexual organs and damage our immune system, which makes us more susceptible to diseases.

I will talk about my personal experience; I use the sea as a resource to free myself from this evil. It's amazing the feeling of tranquility that I can immediately feel upon arrival.

What activities can we do when we go to the sea to improve the emotional health of people:

Swim, dive, walk barefoot on the sand, breathe deeply the sea air, are recommended activities to balance the emotions and feel good, this helps to be more relaxed and disconnected from everything.
Marine natural spaces can improve our emotional health:

1. Relaxing effect, tranquility and inner peace:

Sit on the sand and receive the sun's rays (nothing like this, of course with its respective sunscreen).

Listen to the sound of the waves. Float quietly in the water. Observe sunrises and sunsets (a gift of nature) meditative walks walking along the beach and breathe deep sea air.

2. Feel expansion, freedom and joy:

Do sport: dive to admire the beauty of the marine world. Perform, windsurf, navigate by boat, surf, swim in different styles, run along the beach and much more.

3. Disconnect from worries and connect with more healthy and positive thoughts:

You just have to let the sight and other senses enjoy looking at something beautiful. For example: observing the swaying of the waves, enjoying watching the seagulls, collecting conches or seeing the activity of the crabs among the rocks. You can also help by doing Yoga or Taichi exercises on the beach.

4. Smiles and good humor to reduce depression and anger:

Let out your inner laughter and the joy you carry inside, doing activities (playing with the waves) and even artistic (sand sculptures). Share laughter with other people around you.

5. Release your creativity to post on steemit:

When you go out for a walk, always carry a notebook and pencil with you, and whatever inspiration you can think, write it down. Take advantage of the sand to write your ideas in a big way.

Some positive qualities for our organism that we will find in our visit to the beach:

The fact of getting into the water already has a physical effect on the human body, because the mechanical action of the waves and currents forces the bather to carry out a permanent effort to maintain balance, which strengthens muscles and joints, resulting especially recommended for people with arthritis.

The high magnesium content of water also produces a relaxation that can be very beneficial in reducing stress and treating people suffering from anxiety problems.

In addition, marine baths help to correct the deformations of the spine, produce a depurative and slimming effect, and can even correct nutritional deficits.

In the sea water there are 89 essential elements present in our body, in addition to other vitamins and microorganisms that release antibacterial substances, providing the liquid element with the antibiotic properties that work very well in the healing process and are also ideal for solving conditions of the skin like psoriasis.
