Resolving The Symptoms and Root Causes of Anxiety Part 3 - Getting To The Real Root Cause With META-Health

Welcome to this final part of my series about how to resolve the symptoms of anxiety and understand what the root cause could be.

This series is thanks to the new tag #ihaveanxietytoo in the #naturalmedicine group.

When looking for the specific root cause of any symptom, whether a physical condition, or mental behaviour pattern, such as anxiety, you need to understand what the bio-logical purpose of it would be.

This is the perspective of META-Health, a cutting edge philosophy of health that has, at it's core, the principle that your body (and everything in nature) has innate intelligence and never makes a mistake.

Therefore, in order to heal (all healing is self-healing) you need to realise the root cause events, life themes and beliefs that have led to the symptom or behaviour pattern.

Like many symptoms, the symptoms of anxiety are the body trying to keep you safe from events, or imagined events that your subconscious mind perceives as a threat.

While there are several types of anxiety-like behaviour pattern, the most common is the one that is known in META-Health as "frontal fear".

The two themes of this are "fear of attack from the front" and "helplessness/powerlessness".

This can either be a literal attack from the front, such as being punched in the face, or more metaphorical such as fear of what is coming your way (an imagined future).

I give some more detailed examples in the vlog.

Once you understand the root causes and find the specific events and beliefs that have led to this being embedded in your mind, body and energy, you are able to take steps to resolve the symptoms permanently.

I generally do this with tapping techniques such as EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. However, hypnosis, NLP etc can also be very effective.

For me, the tapping techniques are the most effective, as you can remain fully conscious while accessing deep, repressed memories in a gentle and effective way.

I hope that this information supports you in understanding how excessive anxiety can become a behaviour pattern. Maybe it has also given you some clues as to how you can free yourself from it?
