Sleeping Helps When Sick
Sleeping always helps when you're sick. I felt pretty bad before, but then I fell asleep and I feel a little better. I know there's a lot of science to it, but I just like that it helps. So my wife left our son with me because he was already asleep. So long story short is I was able to get 1 hour of sleep, when I was hoping for three lol.
Well he got to sleep well. Sadly he had to get shots this morning so I'm glad he's still in a great mood. Well the main thing that I will need to do today is go to sleep earlier than I normally do. I normally sleep at 11 PM, but I will have to make it a point to sleep by 9 in order to be recovered and rested for work tomorrow.

If you have a cold nex time try to sweat during the sleep. this helps extremly. You Body will have much less work to getrid of the Virus.
Sleep is very important, but don't sleep too much or you will feel lethargic.

A person sleeps 1/3 of his life,
I do agree, sleep is thw best thing you can do to recover. Intead of a lot of medicines.

I don't need to be sick to sleep 😂😂 I'm terrible at getting out of bed.
But yes I get a lot of migraines and the only thing that cures it is sleeping.
