Human body facts 1: Water everywhere...

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Most persons know that 71% of the earth's surface is covered by water.

But did you know that your body has almost the same amount of water?
Average water content in humans is 40% to 75%
A 70kg man has about 42L of water in him.

A lot of this water is lost daily, 3.4L in the tropics and 2.7L in temperate regions.
Same is the daily requirement of water one needs to consume to stay healthy.

d body always tries to compensate till it's overwhelmed

Thanks for the further explanation

Hmmmm even in the bones....
