Pechay, is also known as napa cabbage or Chinese cabbage in the United States, this is a leafy vegetable used in a variety of Asian cuisines or menus. The outer leaves of the pechay are common in soups and stews, while the tender inner leaves are often eaten raw, roasted or used in kimchi for the korean cuisines.
Every serving of pechay have low calorie and low fat, which makes ideal for dieters. Most are saying it contains also calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
