Thanks for the Feedback...

  1. drink filtered water
  2. Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks fruit juice
  3. good organic liquid vitamin
  4. probiotics
  5. avoid coffee (why cold brews? first time I hear about it... What I've done right now is downgrade to decaf and splenda as sweetner, as well as chai tea)
