- drink filtered water
- Cut out all sodas and sugary drinks fruit juice
- good organic liquid vitamin
- probiotics
- avoid coffee (why cold brews? first time I hear about it... What I've done right now is downgrade to decaf and splenda as sweetner, as well as chai tea)
