On this beautiful night I will share about avoiding a deadly lifestyle.

By reason of being too busy working or on the move, we forget about our own health. Worse, some small errors of this lifestyle is almost done by everyone. Here's a small lifestyle mistake we do not realize:

SLEEP PATTERN IS NOT REGULATED

Adequate night breaks can lower high blood pressure during morning and evening activities and reduce irregular heartbeat. People who have enough sleep time tend to be more prone to heart attacks.

LACK OF SUNLIGHT
Vitamin D deficiency results in accumulation of dirty plaques in the blood vessels.

Lack of consuming vegetables and fruits.
Rarely Sports.

TOO MANY INTERESTED DRINKS

Energized drinks are one of the top sources of sugar and contribute greatly to the elevated levels of triglycerides in the blood, the cause of cardiovascular panyakites. Switch to water, lemon, or other fruit juices to reduce thirst.

Rarely a vacation
As is well known that going on a vacation with family or friends can reduce stress levels that cause high blood pressure.
