Yes, thanks for the reminder. We have a plastic bottle thingy we use with the salts that is just like a neti pot. This one has been mostly in my chest, but I should still be clearing out the sinuses as well, which I haven't been doing this week.
You could also try vix vapor rub on your chest, if you are coughing a lot and have chest congestion. Hope you feel better :)
