Seafood is NOT a health food. It is highly toxic.

Anyone that tells you that seafood is a healthy food is either ignorant, a liar or someone that is trying to sell you something or hurt  you.

The truth is that seafood – all seafood – is highly contaminated with the 2nd more toxic element on the periodic chart – MERCURY. 

Yep, on the periodic chart, only plutonium is more toxic.  Mercury is number two. 

And thanks to Fukushima – which is dumping radioactive waste into our oceans faster than when it first collapsed – seafood now contains an unhealthy dose of radioactive plutonium as well. 

Don’t believe me? Fine. You’d be no different than my other patients either.  

To believe the Fukushima comment, just Google these words: Fukushima, science fair, seafood.  

The high schoolers know it – why don’t you? Seafood is radioactive! Buy a Geiger counter (as I did) and prove it to yourself.  

As for the mercury, I repeatedly have found that patients that were smart enough to know that their silver fillings are really 50% mercury and had the fillings taken out CORRECTLY and with PROTECTION – were not smart enough to give up seafood 100%.  

So, years after having their fillings taken out, sick and never thinking it could be due to the 2nd more toxic element known to man – mercury – they come to me and I run a hair test. And what do I find? 

They would have been better off NOT eating the seafood and leaving the fillings in!  The mercury level in their hair is higher from the seafood that from the more slowly leaking fillings.  Also, the mercury in the seafood is called 'methylated mercury' which is at least 100x more toxic than elemental mercury.

Patients are repeatedly shocked by the mercury that is in their hair test – which is reflective of their organ level of mercury. Why? Because the hair is picking up the mercury as it passes by the hair shaft – just like your organs do. That is why a hair test is considered something like an ‘organ biopsy’ for mercury. 

Granted, there are situations, such as mercury retainer patients, where the mercury in their hair is zero despite all their fish eating and/or fillings. This is a worse case scenario for the patient.  This was my personal case -- my 15 mercury fillings and my 'wall of tuna' while dorm living.

Patients that claim that the fish they are buying is somehow special and mercury-free have been shocked by the results of their hair test. 

Take away: Seafood – all of it – is highly toxic with mercury. And the mercury remains in your body long term. It is a heavy metal (heavier than water) and doesn’t want to leave your body.  So don't lie to yourself and think that you can eat the seafood and take some capsule with it and deactivate or detox it.  

First rule of detox? Don’t put the poison in your body anymore. Seafood is a biggie. Anything from the sea that hasn’t been molecularly distilled and purified is toxic. 

I gave up seafood in 1990. Those patients that have listened to me, are staying healthy. Those that haven’t are repeatedly dealing with the serious health consequences of the 2nd more toxic element on the periodic chart.   

You can ignore reality. But you can’t ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.
