I think pretty much the same as you.

If anorexic and bulimic people are clearly sick, the same reasoning can be applied to obese people, otherwise we would have double standards which is not fair at all.

A different perspective can be argue about the acceptance of fatness from a third person point of view. I mean, if someone is bullying another person because of fatness that’s totally wrong. And fatness in this case should be accepted.

But for the obese people, they just need to admit they have a problem and do their best to fix it.
