Emotional Tension SIMPLIFIED - Releasing Your Fear of Life

Here I talk about a simple technique to dissolve neurotic holding patterns.

Simply lie down, breathe deeply, and begin to scan your body for any "vacancies".. Can you be alive in every part of your body? Maybe you can feel your left knee, but not your right? Maybe both hands at once, but not your left hand alone! Play around with-in and find that emptiness.

When you find a stagnant spot, put your attention there. This may not be so easy, but remain patient and breathe in to it. It will come with time.

What this is doing is creating a flow life force throughout the body and when we allow Chi, Prana, or Orgone Energy to flow as such, we will really be alive. We will feel more calm, more happy, and the body and actions will come from a place of peaceful spontaneity. Skin will be radiant the eyes will have light and shimmer to them.
