I have done 10 minutes in an ice bath.
That is very impressive. What about the first time you tried, approximately how long could you stay in ? I wonder if I could last 30 seconds ...
I started with cold showers and 30 seconds were hard.
My first ice bath I did not time but I guess something around 1 minute or so.
