HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE IN THREE SIMPLE STEPS!

A lot of people when they first start going to the gym or have been going to the gym, struggles to understand the basics of the workout they are doing. So, they would look at online resources like Youtube, etc or get a personal trainer. I am not saying that this is a bad idea but if people going to the gym use these three simple steps I am going to explain, it would save them money and time they spend on the internet, understanding the workouts. What makes it worse is after they are either taught or trained they will have terrible form.

So, what are these three ‘simple’ steps. These are focus, stretch and squeeze. Sounds easy right, that’s because it is.
Why focus? This part is important before the workout. Imagine right now while reading this that somewhere in you body is itching. The more you think about it, the more you would feel it. Same goes with workout, you will feel the effect of your workout. Especially when you focus on the next two steps, you will have a great workout. So, remember to focus!

The next step is to stretch, this goes to any part of your muscle be it biceps or triceps. You will need to FOCUS on the stretch, you should feel it. DON’T SWING THE DUMBLES!

Then finally, FOCUS on the squeeze. The last two steps should not be less than one second. ALSO, DON’T FORGET TO WARM UP BEFORE DOING THE LAST TWO STEPS.
