Dear Diary: It's Dialysis Day Today And I Am Happy But We Will Take Another Route

I will be preparing for going out to my dialysis session in a few hours and we will take a longer route to mt dialysis center because the bridge on the way there will be closed for renovation so it will take maybe a few months or so before it will get opened again.

Public works here in my country is very slow and sometimes they won't open the bridge until a few years had passed making the people endure the inconveniences that it creates. One issue that happened was that when a bridge a few kilometers from here got renovated, the people started to use the boats to let them pass on the other side they were charged for a big fee considering that the boat they use doesn't have an engine.

They had no choice but to pay and apparently the money that they paid had gone to the politicians so it i sad that corruption is prevalent here sucking the people white. The people are to blame as well by voting such corrupt officials for a bribe when election time comes.

But anyway at least there is another route for us to take to my dialysis center and not of a big deal but my mother insists again for us to go earlier because there might be a traffic jam on our way there.
