Dear Diary: I Will Eat As Much As I Can At Dialysis

I Haven't had any food this morning and I just had some biscuits and a sandwich yesterday because of my appetite issues. So now I will be hungry for sure at dialysis and it is the only instance in my prodigal life that I get the opportunity to eat and enjoy my food.

The cleaning action of dialysis returns my appetite to eat back and it is a different feeling when you are hooked for at least an hour after because the blood is directly cleansed and returned into its preferable pH levels which also depends on how fast the machine is run and the type of dialyzer the patients use will determine the quality of the clean.

One patient from the US gets a 400mL per minute blood pump because he requests it and the nurses happily and oddly abides while the local ones gets only half the cleaning action so we don't get as good cleaning action as that other patient does. So shows on the patient's body and some like me cannot walk anymore because of extra fluids and toxins in the body by a relatively mediocre dialysis treatments.

I am still hoping that things for me will get better and for now I will just enjoy the things in my life that I can enjoy including this small window of opportunity to eat normally even for a little while.
