Dear Diary: I Had My Needed Relief Today After Dialysis
I haven't finished my dialysis today but at least I had some needed relief but I am just disappointed to no one but my body as I once again started to suffer blood pressure crash after three hours. So my intended post dialysis weight wasn't reached but anyway I am cleaned once again and my breathing got some "breather."
I was beginning to get a cold sweat when that happened but I managed to endure until the last 16 minutes so I gave up and threw the towel of defeat.
I might do some dietary changes to see if a saltier dialysis meal could help me maintain my blood pressure because I believe that my low sodium diet coupled with the use of a high-flux dialyzer (blood filter with bigger holes) might be the factor because I know that salty diet raises blood pressure and the high-flux dialyzer is also very efficient in taking out sodium during treatment.
But I do not like a high sodium diet between dialysis as it makes me thirsty and forces me to drink much water or fluids and it is undesirable but maybe a dialysis meal with that food that I buy from the convenience store might help.
I think that the energy drink does not effectively raise my blood pressure plus it gives me some degree of insomnia but I might still take it in moderation.
I will have to control my fluid intake now with a stricter management so that I will not suffer some backlog of water from my body as my center just is limiting what they can take from my body during session because if I would build-up water in my body it will just make my life more miserable.
Anyway we got home safely today at past 1:00 AM this morning. I am not sleepy yet because I was sleeping all day. Thanks be to God.

Thank you and God bless you. :)
Make a ham sammich hehe (sandwhich) with mayo and sea salt. Glad to hear you have some relief. 🙏
Its saltiness is okay but our hams here has phosphates which is phosphorus in my body @ihashblox but I do eat if I have phosphate binder.
Try pill form?
