Vitamins and minerals of carrot
Vitamin A or beta-carotene, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus.
Ingredients for the base:
- Four carrots.
- 10 teaspoons cocoa powder
- Half a cup of shredded coconut.
- Coconut sugar to taste.
Ingredients for coverage:
- A natural yogurt.
- 200 grams of chocolate-free icing.
- Berries.
- Sugar-free Chocolate drops.
STEPS:
1.- Peel the carrots and cook them, remove the water well and process them.
