Dear friends, today I recommend a kind of pancake which is very simple, green and healthy delicacy - corn pancake wild herbs. Speaking of the corn pancake ,that is my mother-in-law’s favourite . In summer wild herbs are everywhere especially on the hill , she will come to the mountain to pick some wild herbs that is Kochia She put them in the boiling water , then pull them out and cool them in the cold water , later put them into the refrigerator. If you want to eat , then you can take some out , it’s very convenient . she only uses this wild herbs o make corn pancake.

Kochia scoparia also called Di Fu Zi. It was born in the wilderness, beside the house , fields and now also has cultivated in the field. Tender stems, leaves can be eaten, seeds can be used as medicine withthe effect of clearing away heat and detoxification. Now let me introduce the ways of doing !

Ingredients:

cornmeal 200 g or so

Break the soybean with the brusher or directly buy soybean flour, add soyflour in order to taste better, more fragrant

Wild herbs

Water,

soda

salt

Methods :

1. Use the hot water to heat half of the four and then add crushed , soybean flour, a little soda.

2. Chopped wild vegetables, into the corn flour , stir together, put a little salt.

3.Clean the electric baking pan, preheating, put a small amount of oil.

4. Hand into a small pancake, slightly thinner in order to cook quickly, put a small amount of water on to the electric baking pan.

5. A few minutes later, the water had dried, a very fragrant smell, delicious pancake is cooked !

Note:

A little baking soda can make cakes become soft, eat not so hard

When you knead the dough dip your hands into the water, so it is not hard to stick your hands.

亲爱的朋友们, 今天本小厨给大家推荐的是一款简单,又健康的绿色美食-玉米面野菜饼子。 说起这个玉米面野菜饼子,那可是我婆婆的最爱。 夏季的时候野菜特别多, 她就会到山上采来扫帚苗,用开水料好了, 放到冰箱里, 想吃的时候拿出来, 这个野菜她是专门用来做玉米面饼子的。 扫帚苗又叫地肤子,生于村边、屋旁、原野、田间,现在也有栽培。嫩茎叶可食,种子都可入药,具清热解毒,利尿的功效。现在我就介绍一下做法!

原料:玉米面 200 g 左右
打碎好的黄豆面 或者直接买的黄豆面,加入豆面是为了更好吃, 更香
野菜
水,
苏打

方法:
1. 玉米面开水烫一半,这样会使玉米面抱团,然后放入粉碎好的黄豆面,一点苏打。

  1. 野菜切碎, 放入玉面中,一起搅拌,放点盐

  2. 电饼铛擦干净, 预热,放少量油。

  3. 用手团成小饼子,略薄些,这样熟的快, 电饼铛放少量的水
    5 . 几分钟后,水烤干了, 有很香的味道飘出来 , 美味的野菜饼子就好了!

注意事项: 1.面粉里加一点小苏打可以使饼子变得软和些,吃的时候不会那么硬。
2. 手上沾水再揉面, 这样不容易沾手。
